Land – provenance

Reading the historic Land Registry and Rights documents that come with the sale of the land, I find various elements of interest

One was the past owner was someone called Simon Tobin and Zuhal Tobin. I assumed they were brothers, but it turns out husband and wife. Here’s the search.
