We brushed our dust – Meg reminding us that the phrase came from a poem . Caroline the poet was with us and gave us the word Widishins – but I’ve forgotten the meaning!!! Leslie told us of the Plantation garden in Norwich which lifted her spirits. We meandered over to the field to view the naked and newly made pond, on the way back collecting flint, which had not seen the light of day for probably thousands of years.
For an intense 20 minutes we painted black on boards and white on sticks to mark out the land, and prepared hazel whips to weave while admiring Clare’s amazing hazel woven fence around the pond.
Caroline read us her homage to Wordsworth – Suffolk snowdrops. Brow with 2 less, lounged on the bed .
A zoom called.
